About Us
Jolie Vue Farms is a Rockin’ B Enterprise, owned and operated by the Boudreaux family, Glen and Honi Ann, who are supported by their children, Elizabeth and husband Chris (with grandsons Henry, Robert and Adair), Frank and wife Megan, and John Henry. Daily supervision of the farm is provided by Clay Theeck. The farm is located in the bluebonnet hills of Washington County, about 85 miles northwest of Houston, in the vicinity of Brenham.
Following its acquisition in 1989, the goal of restoration of the farm to its original state of native grasses, clovers, and wildflowers was begun, and has proceeded at nature’s sure, steady pace. From the beginning, restoration was implemented without the intervention of artificial chemicals. While some particularly neglected sections of the farm were re-seeded in native vegetation, most of the new growth occurred from seed lying dormant in the soil. It has truly been wonderful to watch as the farm transformed itself from an over-grazed, sterilized environment to a natural oasis which invited not only the return of native vegetation, but the wildlife that subsists on it as well.
There’s nothing like the bluebonnet hills of Washington County and Jolie Vue Farms! But our partnership with nature is not finished. In fact, it has only begun.

I am moving to Houston, TX this summer. I am coming from perhaps one of the greatest locally-grown, all-natural farmlands in the country, Lancaster, PA. When fruit and vegetables are bought from our Amish, they are truly Farm to Table!! I am delighted to see your business and know that I will be able to continue to enjoy this wholesome diet. I look forward to visiting you for my fruit/vegetable/and meat needs! Thank you for what you do and see you soon!
